- Management of preventative & programmed maintenance, as well as emergency maintenance.
- Reduce the Administration budget through analysis of service costs.
- Provide building inspection reports, detailing defects or items that need addressing for the safety and comfort of staff and visitors to the complex.
- As building manager/caretaker of your property, we can also carry out building maintenance services for the complex. This ensures real value to the owners and occupants in that most minor repairs and maintenance issues can be rectified in-house, to the highest standard.
- Provide advice and information to tenants, often acting as the first point of contact in relation to questions and complaints.
- Provide full-time, part-time, relief & senior support management.
- Manage & oversee large projects such as major refurbishment and upgrades of common service supplies e.g. air-conditioning systems and security upgrades on common properties,
- Manage and maintain security systems (security access, CCTV systems, key registry etc) and perform regular audits on authorised access to residents.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of support & maintenance companies.
- Provision of flexible contract periods including annual contracts as desired.
- Assist in emergency situations, such as Fire Alarms, Police or Ambulance
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the building.
- Co-ordinate contractors and on-site building works
